However, after just six weeks of using the tool, 45% reported feeling less cautious, indicating that familiarity with the technology led to increased trust and openness. Starting with small, well-defined AI applications allows companies to create a controlled environment where employees can explore the technology at their own pace, building comfort and reducing resistance.
