Feds Say Tesla and Other Automakers Must Report Crashes Involving Automated Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) announced on Tuesday that vehicle manufacturers must report all incidents in which driver-assistance and self-driving systems are involved in a serious accident.
